Book Study Classes

This fall we have begun two exciting series of classes, one on the prophets of the Old Testament and the other on the book, Heaven and Hell,” by Emanuel Swedenborg.  The first is a survey of the Prophets, touching on the literal and spiritual meaning of highlights from all the books, and this meets every other Wednesday evening at 8:00 pm at the church.

The second, on the afterlife, meets at the pastor’s home every second Wednesday morning at 10:00 and will follow a syllabus with extensive notes to enhance the reading and discussion.  These notes are also available by email, and new or used copies of the book are also available at the church.
